Christine
is not only a high school English teacher, a volleyball coach, a mother, a wife, and an experienced marathon runner, but a
certified aerobic fitness instructor through AFAA, a personal trainer, a ZUMBA instructor, a
PILOXING instructor,
a Fit Bodies instructor, a certified BodyStep presenter, and the creator of ConTease, Christine's
version of Cardio 'Tease, the latest flirty and empowering fitness craze for women. She is certified in CPR, First Aid, AED,
and teaches all fitness class formats. In the past ten years, Christine has instructed at many of the top clubs in the Maryland/DC
area such as the Sports Club LA, Golds Gyms, Sportfit Health and Raquet Club, and the University of Maryland. Now, Christine
can be found teaching in New Jersey at The Atlantic Club in Manasquan, Brick Fitness for Women in Brick, Toms River Fitness
in Toms River, the ICAT Boxing Academy in Ocean, and The Gym in Lakewood. Just a few of her favorite classes include: Kickboxing,
Step, Sculpting, Drumming, Yoga, Cycling, ZUMBA, PILOXING, Boot
Camp, Cardio Ball, Hi/Lo Aerobics, Cardio 'Tease, and BodyWedge.
Christine Conti
is also widely known for her groundbreaking Cardio

Christine Conti is also available as a personal trainer and sports
conditioning coach. This Division I college volleyball player is no stranger to strength training and agility workouts. Her
athletic ability, motivating attitude, and knowlege of the body earned her a scholarship and all-American recognition in college.
With this experience, Christine has continued her passion for sports by coaching 4 years of winning Varsity girls and boys
volleyball teams in Montgomery County, Maryland. In 2006, Christine initiated a girls Volleyball program into Brick Township
High School where she currently teaches English and serves as an advisor for the class of 2014. In the past four
years, Christine has continued to challenge both her body and her mind through her new found hobby of marathon running.
Christine has added "run training" to her resume and can serve as your personal running coach if you are interested
in training for any distance from a 5k (3.1 miles) to a full marathon (26.2 miles). Christine recently qualified to
run the 2013 Boston Marathon in April! No excuses! In addition to aerobic,
dance, and strength conditioning classes, Christine also offers her state-of-the-art "Let's FACE
It" class. Forget those thoughts of Botox and facelifts and learn how to take years off of your face by facial
